Loving neighbors using Jesus's definition of neighbor takes a boatload of work.
The Parable of the Good Samaritan calls us to care globally and locally.
The task is bigger than us.
We cannot afford, then, to regard other houses of prayer in RVA as "our competition".
We support and participate in both ecumenical and interfaith initiatives.
- United Methodist Family Services
- Fox Elementary & Albert Hill Middle
- Richmond Animal Care and Control
- Shalom Farms & Tricycle Gardens
- Heart Havens
- The Hermitage
- CIrcles RVA
Our current level of support for these organizations is the least we can do. So, we're asking: Where might God have us "dig in" and root ourselves, missionally-speaking?
